At Churchfield Court, all our staff are employed under a rigorous process which enables us to find the best candidates for the job. We employ friendly, experienced staff who are passionate about fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all residents, their families and friends.
Our staff strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all Service Users. They are committed to promoting a warm and caring atmosphere, whilst being sensitive to the Service User's ever-changing needs, at all times.
Such needs may be medical/therapeutic (for physical and mental welfare), cultural, psychological, spiritual, emotional and social, and Service Users are encouraged to participate in the development of their individualised Care Plans, in which the involvement of family and friends may be appropriate and is greatly valued.
All Care Staff within the Home will be appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care. A continuous staff-training programme is implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest developments in Care Practices as may be laid down in appropriate Legislation, Regulations and by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Our open and friendly management team allows staff, residents and family members to share any concerns or ideas freely, in order to ensure a happy working and living environment for all.
